ATTENTION ELECTRONIC FILERS: If you only need the EMPLOYEE paper copies of the W-2 form, order either item # X-13A or # X-14A (depending on the number of parts the employee will require) and BE SURE to specify "EMPLOYEE PORTION ONLY" on the space provided below. W-2 forms for Electronic Filing combining the employee copies with an employer's copy D/1 are also available. Call for prices and specifications.

Computer users may require this "Twin Set" W-2 form for superior legibility when a 6 or 8 part form is needed. This is a carbonless form that is provided in two sections, thus requiring two passes through the printer...one pass to print the Employee copies and a second pass to print the Employer copies. This eliminates the problem of a 6 or 8 part form being too thick to print in one complete pass.

It should also be noted that the government does not approve a two-wide layout that allows for only 120 print positions...132 only. Those limited to 120 print positions should consider these "Twin Set" forms if the usual one-wide form is too bulky.

Note: Quantities and prices pertain to a complete W-2 form. For example; if you order 100, you will receive 100 Employee and 100 Employer sets.
