Quantity: Order all laser forms by the number of packages. Order all continuous forms by the number of forms - not by pages or sheets. Order envelopes by the quantity of envelopes you want (100, 200, etc.).
Imprinting: Orders for imprinted forms (employer name, ID, etc.) cannot be taken by telephone. They must be either typed on this web site, mailed, faxed or e-mailed to us.
Shipping: We ship via UPS or Priority Mail (ALASKA and HAWAII now included). Generally, orders ship within 2-3 days. During the month of January, any orders that must ship within 24 hours will incur a $48.00 RUSH Service Fee.
2021 Premium Rush Service in the month of January: Premium Rush Service guarantees the order will ship the same day when this service is requested and applied to the order. All Premium Rush Service orders must be received by 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. The Premium is $48 per shipping address in addition to the UPS shipping charges (Rush Service $48.00 + shipping fee). Customer must also indicate the ship method — UPS Ground, Next Day Air or Second Day Air. The order will ship from the closest warehouse, unless stock is depleted. Then it defaults to the secondary warehouse.
Shipping charges are based on weight and destination. We will bill you for the shipping if it does not qualify for free delivery. If expedited shipment is requested and the order qualifies for Free Delivery, we will invoice for the difference between regular surface rates and the expedited rate.
Payment Terms: To qualify for the discount, payment for the merchandise must accompany the order. Also, if you do not maintain a current, open account with us, your payment must be sent with the order. Terms on all unpaid balances are NET 15 DAYS.
Return Policy: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. We must be contacted for authorization of a return or exchange within 30 days of when you receive the order. But, because these forms are dated, no returns or exchanges can be made after December 30th. Absolutely no returns without permission and a "Return Authorization Number". If the request is approved, goods will be credited at 75% of price excluding shipping charges (minimum $10.00 restock charge) only on Tax Forms products. Charges for all tags and return freight will be deducted from your credit. Absolutely NO Returns after 30 days or after December 30.
A NOTE CONCERNING SOFTWARE W-2 FORM COMPATIBILITY: Do not be misled by certain Software Manufacturers into paying higher prices for these forms in order to conform to their specified format or form number. All the forms listed in this web site and on our catalog are compatible with the majority of computer software packages available today---AND AT CONSIDERABLE SAVINGS TO YOU!
