Double Window Envelope to be used on our 1099 & 5498 Laser Printer Forms (except forms 1099MISC, 1099DIV, 1099B, 1099-INT & 1099R; for those use Item # DWMR). All envelopes are tinted for privacy and have the “tax information” notation.
